Key Duties and Responsibilities

*   Develop and apply a set of targeted, actionable OCM plans, including communication plan, coaching plan, sponsor roadmap, resistance management plan and training plan for large complex projects
*   Drive communication plans through design, development, delivery and management of communications, to all levels of organization to ensure support, awareness and engagement with the change initiative
*   Work with executives including senior leadership to define the overall OCM strategy

**Responsibilities**

\- Manage new hire onboarding logistics, including presenting at orientation sessions.
