*   Phone Avoiders: Let's get this straight—you're an SDR, and that means picking up the phone. If you think you can build a successful pipeline by hiding behind emails and LinkedIn messages alone, think again. We value outbound calls and real conversations because that's where the magic happens. If you're uncomfortable or unwilling to make those calls, then this role isn't for you.
*   Arrogance: Confidence is key, but arrogance is a deal-breaker. Too many SDRs in the space think they're the best thing since sliced bread, only to crash and burn when it's time to deliver. We want someone who's good, who knows their stuff, but also someone who's open to learning, growing, and working as part of a team.
