Are you a driven, results-oriented individual? Are you passionate about understanding customer needs to make great sales? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? If so, we need you! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Western Europe. The ideal candidate will be based in the Isle of Man or Malta, have a strong online casino content sales background, and have a track record of success in highly competitive markets. This role requires a proactive individual who can build relationships, drive revenue, and position our casino content as the preferred choice for operators and partners. The candidate is expected to travel for igaming events, team events and business trips. It will be an added bonus if you've had experience working in Central Europe, North America, UK/Gibraltar iGaming markets. You will have day to day responsibility for: Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting online casino operators, gaming aggregators, and platforms in Western Europe and North America
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships that drive revenue growth
  • Present and promote the company's casino content portfolio, emphasising its competitive advantages

Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the dynamics, trends, and regulations in target markets
  • Tailor sales approaches to align with market-specific preferences and business norms

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate and close contracts

Performance Management

  • Track sales metrics, analyse performance, and report progress to senior management
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

You will work closely with: Our sales and account management teams, and both compliance and legal This role will be line managed by our Head of Sales Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry
  • Proven success working within Western European markets.
  • Fluent in English (at least C1 if not a native speaker) plus native in any European languages is a bonus
  • Good relationships and experience in collaborating with casino operators and aggregators
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales to manage pipelines and performance.
