Multimedia Designer

Acara Solutions is hiring for a Multi-Media Designer to work with our partner on a temporary contract (6+ months) on a remote basis.

Pay Rate: $32.69 to $40.87/hr DOE

Location: Remote

Contract: 6 months, Potentially extending to 1 year

Here is what you will do:

We are looking for a creative and talented Multi-Media Designer to join our team. In this role, you will create visually compelling and on-brand design concepts for various media types, including PowerPoint presentations, photography, and video. You will be responsible for developing engaging learning assets that align with our client's brand identity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of junior graphic design, light video editing, and photography to the table, producing high-quality content in a collaborative, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce highly aesthetic and engaging learning materials such as PowerPoint presentations (with graphical elements), photography, and lightly edited video.
• Ensure all design work aligns with our established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the objectives of each project and deliver visually effective solutions.
• Edit and refine media assets, focusing on clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Contribute fresh and creative ideas that enhance the overall visual appeal and learning experience.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all design work to meet project deadlines and expectations.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience in junior graphic design, photography, and light video editing.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience with PowerPoint design and adding graphical elements to presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure brand consistency across multiple media formats.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time and priorities effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing previous multi-media design work, including graphic design, photography, and video editing.
