Financial Assistant

BettingJobs is working with a well established crypto and fiat operator seeking to expand their finance team with an experienced Finance Assistant.

Remote based role from Malta.

Core focus

• Assisting with invoice booking in Xero and payments through bank, PayPal, and Crypto.

• PSP reconciliation.

• Daily cash balance report.

• Assisting with the month-end process

• Accrual and prepayment schedule.

• Bank reconciliation.

• Cost and performance reports related to the marketing department.

• trial balance review.

• Responsibility for the payroll process globally including payments and communication with external providers.

• Assisting with the implementation of new finance software's.

• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager; this role is to support the new business projects division.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a finance role, ideally within the iGaming, technology, or online entertainment sectors.
• Knowledge of iGaming and/ or Crypto industry would be an asset
• CA/ ACCA accredited
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
