We are currently seeking a Virtual Communications Booking Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting with travel bookings and managing communications with clients, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Booking Coordination: Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities, utilizing various booking platforms and systems.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, and other digital channels to understand their travel preferences, address inquiries, and provide updates on bookings.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the booking process.
  • Itinerary Management: Create detailed travel itineraries for clients, including all relevant information such as flight details, hotel reservations, transportation schedules, and activity bookings.
  • Documentation: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all travel documentation, including tickets, vouchers, and visas, and provide necessary instructions to clients.
