Also, to support the business in delivering high-quality answers to the world's most successful insights companies. The Team This position is for a software engineer who likes new challenges and is looking for opportunities to grow their career. We are a fast-moving, supporting, and curious globally distributed team. Right now, we are doing a lot of Next.js, Java, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes with a DevOps mindset, and event-driven architecture. QualificationsWhat You Will DoWith a Remote-first Mindset, You Would Join An International Team With The Possibility To Work From Our Offices Around The Globe When Needed. Your Focus In The Role Would Be:

• Work across our entire tech stack, collaborating on the cloud-native and web solutions including web applications, REST apis, internal jobs/tools and event driven systems.
• Build reliable, maintainable, well documented features that will scale to support millions of respondents
• Demonstrate a curiosity about developing software, learning new technologies and work with senior/staff engineers to expand your skills.
• Execute full software development life cycle as part of an Agile team, including: Collaborate with the team to refine and modify requirements, follow established design paradigms and design patterns, follow strong unit testing and integration testing practices
• Drive delivery at a story/feature/bug level as a member of a self organized scrum team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to monitor and support shipped features for success and issues
• Support the business teams and product managers in data extracts and data analysis

What We Are Looking For

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on software development experience in Java, Go/Golang, C#, Python or other modern web technologies.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Ability to collaborate with peers to debug and solve problems that meet customer needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Aims to push the limits of your knowledge and experience every day
• Enjoys working as part of a team

Bonus Points If You Have Do you have experience in Python, Scala or other technologies? Do you have experience with Docker, Terraform/Cloud Formation, AWS and other devops technologies? Or are you interested to learn? That’s a plus for us!
