DPS Engineering are seeking a PMO Project Manager for a Pharmaceutical assignment. This is a fully remote position, contract starting Q1 2025.Responsibilities:
- Complete 2025 deployments for PES LM (Partnerships and External Supply Large Molecule) Innovation Technology Advancement according to the MSAT (Manufacturing Science and Technology) Roadmap.
- Partner with MSAT and site VMTs (Virtual Management Teams) to execute Innovation – Technology Advancement projects within PES LM and related functional areas.
- Establish monitoring systems to oversee the execution and value realization of 2025 PES LM Innovation projects, ensuring alignment and communication.
- Engage and coordinate activities with CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) VMTs and CMO Partner designees.
- Conduct ongoing meetings as needed to track and drive project milestones.
- Provide monitoring and reporting for project and idea refinement activities, updating project planning tools as required (Planisware, MS Project schedules, PowerPoint timeline presentations).
- Conduct project closeout and lessons learned activities to support the future implementation and adoption of proven practices.
- Develop initial charters and business cases for prioritized opportunities for 2025LRFP (Long Range Financial Plan) based on prioritized CMO Sites and other prioritized areas.
- Prepare and facilitate engagement workshops based on agreed prioritization and site engagement plans.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical supply chain or R&D.
- Strong background and experience in project/program management (Waterfall, Agile, or other methodologies).
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Transformation).
- Proven experience in technology transfer and working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Planisware, MS Project).
