About Us

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Manager to join our team Part-time. This role is fully remote and requires an analytical, results-oriented professional who excels at building data-driven strategies while executing live campaigns. If you’re a good fit, let us know!

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta Products.
  • Conduct audience research and analysis to identify high-performing audiences and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop ad copy and creative that is engaging and relevant to the target audience.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance data to optimize campaigns and achieve KPI goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad copy and landing pages.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and Meta Products.

Role Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of media buying experience on Facebook Ads
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role focused on paid search management, paid social media
  • Proven success in managing high budget paid campaigns and delivering strong ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of current SEO best practices and the latest paid media trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation and conversion rate optimization.
