Our close-knit team includes Certified Financial Planners, Chartered Paraplanners, and a highly experienced Client Service Administrator. Due to our continued growth, we're excited to expand our team.
About The Role
As a Client Service Administrator, you’ll be central to delivering an outstanding client experience and providing invaluable support to our advice team.
You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients, managing calls, emails, and administrative tasks with care and accuracy. By working closely with the team, you’ll help ensure every client feels supported and receives a personalised, high-quality service.
You’ll also work closely with our Financial Planners to coordinate schedules, prepare for meetings, and keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and communications, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Ensuring client paperwork is processed with efficiency and ensuring precision in every administrative task.
- Onboarding new clients and setting up accounts with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Preparing client documents for meetings, compiling post-meeting summaries, and maintaining accurate records within our back-office system.
- Managing financial planners' diaries and schedules, ensuring that review meetings run smoothly and on time.
- Maintaining and updating our key investment platforms and back-office systems to ensure they are always well-organised and up-to-date.
Essential Requirements
- Location: Must reside in the United Kingdom.
- Experience: A minimum of three years in an administrative role within a financial advice firm.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client interactions. Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks effectively.
- Attributes: Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team. Self-motivated with a commitment to learning and professional growth. Alignment with our values of integrity, excellence, reliability, respect, collaboration, and commercial awareness—evidenced through your actions and approach to daily work.
Desirable Preferences
- Experience & Knowledge: While not essential, experience with remote working and familiarity with systems such as Fundment, Timeline, Voyant, Moneyinfo, CashCalc & Wealthbox will help you hit the ground running.
- Location: Ideally based near the South West of England for occasional meet-ups (every 3–6 months).
- Education: A strong academic background is preferred but not essential.
What’s Included
- £27,500–£31,000 salary, based on experience.
- Joining bonus of either: £1,000 immediately or £2,000 upon completion of the probationary period.
- Salary increase of £1,500 upon completion of the probationary period.
- Up to 10% annual performance-based bonus.
- Wellbeing allowance of 4% of your salary, to support your health and happiness.
- 32 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays), plus extra days for long service and to celebrate your birthday!

- Funded support for professional development and qualifications where relevant to the role.
- Fully remote role, with occasional in-person meet-ups in the South West of England.
