Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to elevate our branding, marketing, and visual storytelling efforts. The ideal candidate is a skilled designer with a passion for real estate and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development: Design and maintain cohesive visual identity across all company materials, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.
• Marketing Collateral: Create high-quality presentations, digital advertisements, and other marketing assets for property listings, investor relations, and corporate branding.
• Digital Content: Design compelling graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Property Visuals: Enhance property presentations with detailed floor plans, mockups, and virtual staging.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and acquisitions teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns that highlight our properties and investment opportunities.
• Photography and Video Editing: Assist in curating and editing property photos and videos to showcase the uniqueness of each project.
• Market Research: Stay updated on design trends and real estate industry standards to keep our brand competitive and fresh.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the real estate, finance, or investment sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creativity and innovation in the real estate space.
