Our Organisation The Benevolent Society’s vision is to build a just society where all Australians can live their best life. For more than 200 years we have supported people at the margins of society: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians; children, young people, and their families; older people; carers and people with disability. We are an independent, non-religious service provider which supports people to live life their way. As part of The Benevolent Society's vision, we are strongly committed to reconciliation with our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia. We remain steadfast in our commitment to promoting the economic, political, and social inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. About The Role Our ECA program is expanding! The Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program is a national program supporting children aged 0-9 who have a developmental delay or disability and their families, funded through The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our ECA services support early childhood activities and interventions to improve the independence and social participation of children with a disability or developmental delay aged 0–9 years. Our services are family-centred, delivered in a child’s natural setting, such as in the home, community, early childhood education and care, and playgroups. As a Service Support Coordinator, you will help coordinate the delivery of our Early Childhood Approach Program by responding to enquiries from clients and families, managing the calendars of our front facing teams, liaising with families regarding booking meetings, and completing administration duties. Your role will include reviewing and modifying administrative processes and systems to be responsive to the needs of our participants and their families. Your keen eye for detail will be a key asset in compiling information to help the program meet its reporting requirements. Duties
