  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel inquiries and bookings
  • Provide information about travel destinations, packages, and services
  • Document customer feedback and interactions to improve our processes continuously
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your travel knowledge and customer service skills
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored travel solutions
  • Promote our travel services by creating positive experiences and building relationships with clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively assist clients
