Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruitng a Marketing Manager for a leading provider of Health Insurance. The Marketing and Campaign Support Specialist plays a crucial role in advancing our clients healthcare initiatives by supporting rewards programs, video content, member week campaigns, and other key marketing efforts. This role is essential for ensuring that our campaigns are executed smoothly, with a focus on driving member engagement, closing care gaps, and supporting overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with various business units to secure email dates and ensure accurate data flow.
  • Aim to encourage members to schedule appointments and close care gaps.
  • Support the PY24 rewards member campaigns, including targeted emails, direct mail, and digital trigger series.
  • Manage updates to the member site and messaging platforms.
  • Develop, track, and report on key plan benefit and program videos throughout the year.
  • Assist with Q1 and Q3 Member Week campaigns, including paid social media, landing pages, emails, direct mail, and sales toolkits.
  • Support Walmart+ member campaigns and other discount initiatives as needed.
  • Partner with clinical vendor owners to understand requirements and route materials through Creative, SMEs, Legal/Privacy, and Clinical teams.
  • Manage campaign versions and support local market partners in creating and updating campaigns to close clinical care gaps.
  • Work closely with the data and analytics team to deliver clear requirements for member data list pulls.
  • Track end-to-end member touchpoints to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize internal material management tools to manage campaign workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, data analytics, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on managing multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Workfront or other project management tools.
  • Direct clinical marketing experience (e.g., mammograms, in-home testing programs, flu campaigns).
  • Experience in healthcare or health insurance/Medicare, particularly in marketing to audiences over 65.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally with a background in clinical or health insurance/Medicare.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrates effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
