The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving business processes, systems, and services within the organization. This role requires expertise in banking, HRIS, or CRM systems, with 5-6 years of experience in business analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and a commitment to driving business improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand the needs of stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
- System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of banking, HRIS, or CRM systems. Ensure that systems meet business requirements and are integrated seamlessly with existing processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to business processes and systems. Develop and implement solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use data to inform decision-making and support business initiatives.
- Project Management: Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user guides.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and coordinate testing activities. Ensure that systems meet business requirements and perform as expected.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure successful system adoption.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in banking, HRIS, or CRM systems.
