As one of the leading companies in the production and distribution of e-cigarettes and smoke-free devices, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team.

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key accounts and potential customers in France. You will work closely with internal and external sales, marketing and management channels to ensure adequate resource planning and effective promotion of our products. Strong cross-functional skills, such as leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence, are essential for individual and team success within our sales department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support our sales network to ensure business continuity and offer active customers the necessary tools and support for growth, implementing defined sales development plans.
  • Coordinate with other company functions to ensure the achievement of pre-established business objectives.
  • Inform customers of the latest brand updates and news.
  • Manage the pipeline, control and develop offers (from order creation to shipment to the customer) from the company to the customer.
  • Identify new development and growth opportunities within your area of responsibility, including creating demand through promotional/training/informational activities.
  • Ensure sales revenue targets are achieved.
  • Collect useful information regarding the activities and operational methods of major competitors in the market, including prices, products, new products, delivery times, and merchandising techniques.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on account status and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English or Italian languages.
  • Experience in managing direct/indirect sales networks preferred.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage your area of responsibility.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.
