Data Analytics Manager

Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting Data Analytics Mangers to join a growing firms Business Transformations team.

The Role:

• Translate data into actionable insights, create reports, and present findings clearly.
• Analyze large datasets effectively and solve problems independently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, manage projects, and build strong client relationships.
• Manager-level candidates should have cross-functional project management experience.
• Communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Manage individual workflow efficiently.

The Person:

• Proficient in Alteryx, Power Automate, PowerBI, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
• Expertise in data architecture, modeling, visualization, and programming (SQL, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with relational databases and data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience in data engineering.
• Balanced mix of soft skills and technical competence required.
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields preferred, with CPA or relevant certifications.
• Background in analytics and client service desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills essential.
• Advanced Excel skills necessary.
• Core experience in ETL automation, visualization, code-based proficiency, and data querying.
• Understanding of relational data and database syntax essential.
