YOUR IMPACTSales & Trade Marketing Specialist is part of DIOR Baltics team reporting directly to Key Account Manager Baltics. Remote position preferably based in Riga, Latvia.
Purpose of the job is to:
· Ensure smooth forecasting process of novelties (products & POSMs)
· Collect internal data on novelties, prepare and share with chains information needed to introduce novelties (novelties templates, order proposals, listing files, one in one out templates), monitor the novelties ordering process with customers and internal Sales/CS/Marketing
· Collect, compare, treat and prepare the numerical and factual market data (company results and in store situation, competition activities, market overview) for reports and presentations
· Support KAM Baltics & Marketing Coordinator in Trade plan preparation and implementation
· Prepare and follow-up returns with partners
· Prepare and follow-up BCs’ monthly schedules, attendance sheets, holidays, prepare data for monthly BC targets and bonuses
· Coordinate BCs’ work, prepare and send out weekly newsletter to our BCs
· Organize spraygirls campaigns at retailers with external employment agencies
· Prepare and share the trade plan, customers templates and forms (for every animation)
· Share planograms/artworks/merchandising topics received from marketing/merchandising department with our retailers
· Plan and execute POS support (sample, testers, GWPs) for local actions
· Prepare POS evaluation according to Authorized Retailer Agreement
