TH GARP Wealth Management is part of Technology Holdings, a boutique investment banking group with a presence in the US, UK, Canada, and India. We specialize in mergers and acquisitions advisory within technology and business services, boasting a 24-year track record of successful transactions with industry leaders. Our exclusive focus is on Growth companies at a Reasonable Price (GARP). We currently manage the funds of a family office in the UK and India and operate a long-biased hedge fund with a primary focus on investing in small and mid-cap growth companies, primarily listed in the US, Europe, India, and other emerging markets.

_Fully Remote - Anywhere U.S. - Preferably financial hubs, in or near larger cities._Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of companies across various sectors, with a primary focus on US small-cap growth equities.
• Assist in researching new investment opportunities and manage assigned coverage of current holdings as allocated by the portfolio manager.
• Leverage industry networks and engage in regular meetings with company management teams.
• Provide clear, insightful analysis and relevant investment recommendations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive landscapes, sector-specific trends, management styles, and business structures.
• Develop and update detailed financial models and comparables for portfolio positions.
• Communicate investment recommendations and sector insights effectively to colleagues.
• Monitor covered companies and promptly report significant developments.

Ideal Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-7 years of experience as an equity analyst on the buy side or sell side.
• Strong financial analysis, fundamental research, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and understandably.
• Comfort in expressing well-founded opinions, even under tight deadlines or limited information.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for analyzing stocks and companies.
• Excellent work ethic and a curious mindset for understanding diverse businesses.
