Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Manage and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
• Present sales proposals to prospective clients and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing and advertising industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
