am a dedicated and experienced single mom paralegal who manages the comptroller's private law office of Eastchester. My main responsibilities include preparing and completing court exam guardianship reports annually, as well as drafting and executing last wills & testaments. Additionally, I handle house closings for both sellers and buyers, arranging closing talks with title companies and ensuring the availability of all parties involved. One of my notable skills is being able to handle a closing without my supervisor's presence, as he focuses on his political career. I have also developed a strong understanding of confidentiality and privacy concerns in my line of work.
