Sales and Marketing

Dear Senior Account Sales Representative (Collision Industry),

We're excited to announce that Alpstra is seeking a Senior Account Sales Representative (Collision Industry) to join our team. Our aim is to expand our corporate training programs worldwide.

This role is crucial. Why? Because, at Alpstra, we are committed to empowering individuals and organizations to grow and succeed through transformative leadership and business development programs. Yet, we haven't had someone solely focused on expanding our own sales.

To date, most of our business has come from referrals and word of mouth. In essence, our growth has been fueled by individuals who have attended our training events and believed in our mission enough to either refer us to decision-makers or bring our services to their teams.

Now, we are ready to take our mission further, increase our sales, and make an even greater impact on leaders, teams, and organizations.

You'll primarily engage with businesses in the collision-center industry.

If the idea of selling a life-changing service, creating and implementing a winning sales process, helping to build a sales team from the ground up, and being rewarded with personal, professional, and financial growth appeals to you, keep reading.

This role is essential; without it, we cannot continue to grow. We urgently need someone who can take ownership of sales growth and develop a working sales program while helping to build an effective sales team.

What will you learn in this role?

If you come from corporate America but crave a more intimate team setting, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with people, you'll love this role.

If you're from a small business background but frustrated by a career ceiling preventing advancement, Alpstra offers a thriving environment for you.

However, if you prefer very defined day-to-day duties and find the idea of selling to businesses, meeting with executives and key decision-makers, while creating your sales process and leading a sales team daunting or taxing, this role may not suit you.

At Alpstra, there's zero red tape.

We're not concerned with how things have always been done, either by others or by you, nor are we interested in anyone else's SOPs.

What matters to us is 1) your passion for your work, waking up excited to do it, and growing in your ability to perform it; and 2) our clients' success.

These will be our daily measures of success.

In this role, you will learn or enhance your skills in:

  • Creating and implementing a sales process that drives revenue growth and builds client relationships.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and delegating responsibilities to team members, forming a high-performing sales team.
  • Setting meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leading your team to exceed targets, ensuring organizational success.
  • Developing into an effective and inspiring leader, motivating your team to realize their full potential and drive overall performance.

You'll gain tools and skills from your time at Alpstra that will ensure your success in any future role, here or elsewhere.

Who will you work with?

You will report directly to me, Amy, President. We'll build your team gradually as you identify and perfect the necessary processes, delegating them as needed.

You'll regularly interact with other team members, including Nick (IT, Systems, and Support), Erin (Marketing), and LeAnne (Accounting), as well as speakers, coaches, and other sales representatives. Occasionally, you will also liaise with Larry (Silent Partner and sales advisor/subject matter expert).

Where will you work?

We operate remotely, primarily located in the South and Southwest states. Although you can live anywhere in the continental United States, proximity to a major airport is ideal.

You have the flexibility to work from home or any location of your choice.

You could take your family to Peru and work from a terrace overlooking Machu Picchu in the summer, then stay in a cabin in the Smoky Mountains during fall if you like.

We don't micromanage.

As the Senior Account Sales Representative, we expect you to take full ownership and lead in every aspect of business development.

You will be responsible for two key areas:

  1. Revenue growth
  2. Sales processes

What does Alpstra do?

Alpstra is a corporate leadership and business development training company dedicated to serving the collision center industry, including distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, stores, shops, and dealerships.

We conduct thorough needs-analysis to tailor custom training programs for sales and leadership teams, addressing industry-specific challenges and market dynamics.

For sales teams, Alpstra enhances sales effectiveness with workshops and exercises, focusing on buyer motivators, market trends, and customer behaviors.

Our leadership programs aim to improve decision-making, team management, and innovation, supported by workshops, coaching, and ongoing guidance to foster organizational growth.

How are we different from other corporate training companies?

Alpstra takes a unique approach to corporate training by focusing on connecting with individuals on a deeper level, setting us apart with a methodology that integrates insights from psychology, neuroscience, and human behavior into every program we deliver.

Unlike many companies that emphasize technical features or logical benefits, we recognize that only 10% of decision-making is based on such factors.

At Alpstra, we go beyond features and benefits. Our training programs not only aim to boost sales, productivity, and profitability but also enhance relationships with customers, team members, and loved ones.

This emphasis on human connection and understanding is what ensures our programs deliver transformative results, benefiting both individuals and their organizations.

Do you want to be at the forefront, directly involved in growing one of the most rewarding missions in the world?

If you're as excited as we are to help Alpstra become a worldwide leader in leadership and business development training while building a team of exceptional salespeople, I look forward to speaking with you.
