🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

• Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, schedules, and management reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables when required.
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
• Assist with audits, tax submissions, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support general administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous internship or experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support is a plus but not required.
