Are you a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant ready to provide top-class support to our Chief Corporate Development Officer and Chief Product Officer? This is your chance to step into a pivotal role that supports key leaders and drives our ambitious growth plans in North America. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join a successful and growing company. You’ll gain valuable experience in a varied role with plenty of opportunities to expand your skill set. Please Note: This position can be performed remotely from within the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT). What will you be doing? As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our team by:

  • Managing Complex Calendars: Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling for our senior executives
  • Supporting Key Meetings: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track
  • Handling Travel & Expenses: Arrange seamless global travel and manage expense claims with precision
  • Creating Impactful Presentations: Use your PowerPoint and Excel skills to craft clear, engaging presentations and reports
  • Liaising with Key Stakeholders: Serve as a key communication link between executives, managers, and external parties
  • Assisting with Team Events: Organize events and provide support to our UK-based EAs when they visit the US

What are we looking for? We seek candidates with:

  • Executive Assistant Experience: Proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Diary Management Skills: Ability to handle complex schedules and prioritize effectively
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Concur, and Word
  • Presentation Skills: Experience in creating clear and compelling business presentations
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of general business reporting is a plus
