Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a UKG Ready HR Implementation Specialist. The role involves partnering with clients to implement and optimize UKG Ready solutions tailored to meet their workforce management needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, configuring HR systems, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective operational solutions and maintain ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), including experience in HR Management and knowledge of HR Policies
• Expertise in Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Proficiency in implementing and optimizing UKG Ready in Australia
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and training
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience with enterprise-level HR or workforce management systems is a plus
