Property Inventory Clerk- London

Role Description:

The Property Inventory Clerk will be responsible for attending a range of rental properties to conduct methodical and detailed inspections, highlighting their overall condition and domestic appearance. We have major clients all across London and tailor our reporting style to suit their individual needs. We have a number of clerks providing services on behalf of Ackerley Vine. Our clerks are all self employed and some even split their time working for multiple service providers.

This role would be ideal for those already working as an Inventory Clerk on a self employed basis, with flexibility to accept ad-hoc bookings with personal availability spanning 7 days a week (including bank holidays). Its not often we get jobs on Sundays/bank holidays, but remaining available just in case is what we aim to offer our clients.

Note* This is not a full time position, more of an ad-hoc 'as and when required' position. We have busy periods and quitter periods all dependant on the nature of the rental market.

Essential Criteria:

• You must already have experience as an Property Inventory Clerk
• You must be self employed
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Possess your own mobile/iPad etc, and able to install our inventory report app.

Compensation:

You will be paid a set fee per booking which is more than the national average. Full details will be confirmed on successful appointment.
