🌎 Hiring: Bilingual Executive Assistant (100% Remote - El Salvador)

💰 Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500 USD / month (Based on experience) 📍 Location: Remote (Must be based in El Salvador) ⏰ Schedule: Full-Time (US Time Zones / Nearshore)

We are seeking a high-caliber, elite Bilingual Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to a high-level executive. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role managing complex business operations alongside executive lifestyle logistics.

🌟 Core Responsibilities

  • Executive Calendar & Gatekeeping: Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar. Protect the Executive's time by vetting incoming meeting requests and correspondence.
  • Nearshore & Client Liaison: Serve as the primary professional point of contact for international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Travel & Event Logistics: Seamlessly design, book, and manage end-to-end travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transport) and coordinate private/professional events.
  • Operational Coordination: Track project milestones, manage invoicing, handle expense reporting, and ensure critical deadlines across multiple workstreams are met.
  • Executive Lifestyle Administration: Provide high-level support for personal logistics, including household vendor management, personal schedules, and lifestyle coordination to maximize the Executive's productivity.

✅ Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Coordinator supporting C-Suite executives or international business owners.
  • Language:Flawless, near-native English and Spanish (written and spoken) is strictly mandatory.
  • Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office 365, and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Trello).
  • Work Environment: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
  • Key Traits: High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion with sensitive financial/personal data, and an active problem-solver mindset.
