Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $70,000 – $110,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst to turn raw data into the insights that drive business decisions. The role partners with operations, product, and marketing — building dashboards, running analyses, and answering questions the business hadn't yet thought to ask.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

- Run ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and surface trends

- Partner with stakeholders across functions to define metrics and reporting needs

- Write clean, performant SQL queries against the data warehouse

- Translate complex findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences

- Identify data quality issues and work with engineering to resolve them

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years in a data analyst or business analyst role

- Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)

- Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into recommendations

- Excellent written communication and ability to present findings clearly
