About the Role
We are looking for a highly connected Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our influencer marketing business in the EU and US markets. The ideal candidate is already active in the video game industry (PC, console, or mobile) and can leverage their network to generate new business opportunities quickly.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new sales and business development for EU and US markets.
- Leverage your existing gaming industry connections (publishers, advertisers, service providers, agencies) to identify and secure clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, contract.
- Build decks and presentations to effectively showcase our offerings.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, enabling long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in video games (production, publishing, or B2B services), digital services, or related fields.
- Proven network in the gaming industry, ideally through a current role in related services or support functions.
- Strong background in sales, partnerships, or advertising.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator, with a talent for relationship building.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in game advertising, user acquisition, or influencer marketing.
- Past role as a buyer or advertiser or client-side decision-maker.
- Additional EU languages is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
