Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounts Payable Supervisor. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, managing accruals, and making sure that journal entries are correctly maintained. This role will also involve supervising and supporting the accounts payable team, resolving invoice discrepancies, and enhancing financial controls.

• Supervisory Skills to oversee and support the accounts payable team
• Analytical Skills for resolving invoice discrepancies and enhancing financial controls
• Finance knowledge for managing accounts payable processes
• Experience with Accruals and Journal Entries (Accounting)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
