We are looking to expand our team at Antal International Bulgaria with a (Senior) IT Recruitment Consultant to lead and execute recruitment projects within the IT and Technology sector. In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise and commitment to excellence to connect top-tier talent with leading employers, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience. This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, managing expectations and ensuring successful execution of recruitment and headhunting projects
- Lead and manage end-to-end search and selection processes for key clients
- Draft and publish compelling job advertisements to attract top-tier talent
- Proactively engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, personal networks, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews, including technical assessments where applicable
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients, clearly communicating their qualifications and alignment with client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and participation in client meetings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic client engagements
- Represent the company at industry events to attract talent and expand professional networks
- Collaborate effectively with local and global team members to ensure seamless project delivery
Desired Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles
- Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends across areas such as software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data
- Strong headhunting and sourcing skills, with proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, influencing and sales skills
- Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and push beyond comfort zones to exceed expectations
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development and opportunity spotting
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools
