Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across data, analytics, and platform teams. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive execution from planning through delivery, ensuring projects stay on track, risks are surfaced early, and outcomes are met.

This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, managing multiple workstreams, and bringing structure and clarity to technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across data, analytics, and platform teams
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and priorities
• Own project planning, execution, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation
• Drive Agile project delivery practices and facilitate core ceremonies as needed
• Develop and maintain clear, executive-ready status reporting on milestones, risks, and timelines
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, workflows, and communication
• Support release planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch follow-through

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technical or data-driven environments
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams delivering technical initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Comfortable working with technical concepts such as data pipelines, APIs, cloud platforms, or analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting data engineering, analytics, or platform teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, or BI tools
• SaaS or high-growth technology experience
• Contract-to-hire experience
