About The Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust backend services that power core customer experiences. Your focus will be on designing scalable REST APIs, configuring monitoring solutions, and building reliable CI/CD pipelines to streamline our deployment processes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development of integrations with our content management systems and ensure that our features meet high standards of reliability and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that influence the way teams collaborate globally, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work within the US Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience with prominent programming languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or Scala.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience performing platform integrations using REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience working with GIT in collaborative team environments.
• Familiarity with server technologies including NPM, Docker, NGINX, and Express/Node.js.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with enterprise content management systems and cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
• Additional skills such as Java, Freemarker, Rust, or experience with container orchestration are advantageous.
