• Role: Senior Project Manager
• Location: Remote (Seattle Area)
• Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
• Duration: Full-time
Work You Will Do:
• Lead complex Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC) & Design-Build construction projects ($5M+) across WA State.
• Manage full project lifecycles—from pre-construction and subcontracts to Procore docs, budgeting, and final closeout.
• Oversee job site safety (OSHA/WISHA), critical path schedules in MS Project, and client/inspector relations.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
• Proven track record executing multi-million dollar S&C & MEP renovations in public-sector (MUSH) markets.
• Strong leadership in cost control, change management, and building long-term client relationships.
• Valid driver's license and excellent technical communication skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• OSHA 30 certification (minimum).
Preferred Knowledge:
• PMP, CEM, CMVP, or LEED AP certifications.
• Familiarity with HVAC, controls, renewables (PV/BESS), and IPMVP savings verification.
