Recruitment Coordinator

Brightworks is a specialist early careers consultancy. We run graduate and internship recruitment campaigns for some of Australia’s leading employers. We’re a small, fully remote team and we do serious work, with a lot of care.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join us on a 3-month contract (with genuine potential to extend). This is a hands-on execution role. You’ll be the person keeping our campaigns moving: screening video interviews, managing candidates through the ATS, coordinating assessment centres, writing emails, pulling together data. Varied, but with some repetitive elements. The days go fast.

You’ll work closely with the rest of the Brightworks team and report into Jen, our Head of Client Delivery, who will support you across campaigns. What you bring is the drive to get shit done, and the detail orientation to do it well.

What you'll be doing:

• Screening video interview responses and building shortlists for assessment centres
• Managing candidates through the ATS and keeping records accurate
• Coordinating assessment centre logistics, invitations and feedback
• Responding to candidate queries and writing clear, professional communications
• Pulling campaign data together into dashboards and reports

You're probably a great fit if you:

• Have experience in graduate or volume recruitment (highly regarded, not essential)
• Catch errors others miss and actually enjoy the finicky stuff
• Write well, particularly emails
• Pick up technology quickly and don’t need much hand-holding
• Like working at pace, independently, and with a lot on your to-do list
• Are based in Australia, available AEST hours, and can work fully remotely
• Have the right to work in Australia for at least 3 months

• 3 month contract with genuine potential to extend or evolve
• $80,000 per annum + super, paid fortnightly
• Full-time, 38 hours per week
• Fully remote, anywhere in Australia
• ASAP start
