Talent Acquisition Partner - FTC

We're looking for Talent Partners to join our recruiting team in Krakow, supporting one of our clients in the tech industry. We've an established team in Poland, where we service such companies as Microsoft, Kaseya, Huawei & Fortinet, to name a few.

This role will be covering roles in the US but English will be your primary language, so we're looking for people with a high standard of business English.

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Partner to cover accountancy, finance and other non-tech roles for one of our clients who is a fast-growing tech company in the United States. This role will involve a mixed shift pattern of 2 days UK hours, and 3 days US hours (EST). This is a fixed-term contract but has the potential to be extended or move on to other opportunities within Bubb.

Talent Sourcer

Well you don’t really hear this in recruitment, but we don’t like following rules so we’re going for it!

You can work from anywhere but bonus points for being able to spend time with the team in London. Think WeWork, free cookies, beer and board games. We are looking for Talent Sourcers to cover tech & 'non-tech for tech' (Accountancy, Finance, Customer Success, Account Executives etc) and bonus points for hybrid or remote experience.

The role itself

• Embedded within a client account, representing the client brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter
• Managing pipeline, scheduling interviews, and candidate negotiations (the recruiter bit)
• LinkedIn searching and networking as required
• Liaising with client-side external stakeholders
• Working alongside bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction
• Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!
