Position: Appointment Setter Location: Remote (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia) Employment Type: Contract/Full-time About The Role We are seeking an experienced, English speaking Appointment Setter to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience using Salesforce or Active Campaign and be comfortable with click-to-dial call platforms. You will be responsible for generating qualified appointments with prospective clients, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a professional and engaging communication experience. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using click-to-dial platforms to schedule appointments for our sales representatives
- Qualify leads and set up meetings, ensuring all appointments meet our criteria
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or Active Campaign
- Follow up on leads and keep track of appointment schedules
- Communicate professionally and persuasively with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
Requirements
- English proficiency
- 3-5 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar outbound sales role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Active Campaign CRM platforms
- Proficient with click-to-dial call technology
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working remotely or in distributed teams
- Familiarity with additional CRM or sales engagement tools
Compensation
