Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Assist with inquiries regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints related to missing parcels, returns, product issues, and discount requests.
- Native-level or fluent Danish proficiency.
- C1-level English for training and internal communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- No previous experience required; retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts (1–2 per month).
- Rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
- Fully remote work from home in Greece.
- Relocation support provided.
- Productivity bonus of up to €200 per month, based on target achievement.
