Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee multiple ongoing Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and Power Pages projects. You will oversee agile project management, resource scheduling, and help standardise project management practices across the organisation. Your role includes ensuring precise business requirements, timely delivery, and high quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Administration
- Understand the current landscape of project management at Centauri
- Achieve a billable utilisation target for client-facing project management work
- Assist in defining a project management standard of excellence for agile and waterfall projects at Centauri
- Manage stakeholders internally and externally to ensure adherence across the business to our project management process
- Ensure that appropriate technology platforms support the project management process
- Be the SME for Agile project management methodologies in the business
- Create and own artefacts to deliver projects to a repeatable high standard across the business
- Be the end-to-end project manager for Dynamics 365 implementations, participating in standups and other activities
- When managing projects, lead the team in defining requirements, workload tracking, prioritisation, and user acceptance testing
- Documentation of agile project plans, with a strong emphasis on accurate and thorough reporting and utilisation forecasting, utilising appropriate technology platforms
- Work with key stakeholders to define and validate business requirements for projects
- Oversee resource scheduling to prioritise and manage deliverable timelines with the delivery team and the project management team
- Coordination of user acceptance testing tasks, resolution, and/or escalation of issues impacting testing progress.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Project Management, including but not limited to Project Reporting and timeslip hygiene
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in project managing CRM deployments or a similar role.
- Proven experience / relevant certifications in agile project management methodologies
- Experience in tracking and maintaining agile projects
- Experience in the following platforms would be viewed favourably:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service & Marketing
- Microsoft Business Applications (Power Automate / Power Apps)
- Integration testing from CRM to other systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Managing projects using Teamwork.com
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and process-driven
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
- Able to work individually, influence others, and collaborate as part of a project team.
- Open to learning through sharing ideas, information, and solutions with the team as well as own research.
