Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis and reporting activities. This role is ideal for early-career candidates or individuals transitioning into data analytics who are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and sources
• Perform data entry, validation, and basic data quality checks
• Identify simple trends, patterns, and data inconsistencies
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and simple visualizations
• Maintain and update datasets, spreadsheets, and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across outputs
• Follow data security, privacy, and confidentiality standards
• Track assigned tasks and meet deadlines
• Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements
• Support senior analysts with ongoing data projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Basic computer and data-handling skills
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas are a plus)
• Ability to follow instructions and structured workflows
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection
• Relevant coursework, training, or entry-level experience is a plus, but not required
