About the Role

Code.Hub is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior – Mid Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join a digital transformation project for a leading financial institution. The focus is on enhancing and expanding a native mobile banking application (iOS/Android), supporting end-to-end feature delivery in a fully remote, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for mobile app features.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers.
• Define clear and concise user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mobile-specific user experience and security requirements are met.
• Support testing and quality assurance by clarifying business logic and validating that deliverables meet requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on digital or mobile projects.
• Understanding of mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and mobile user experience considerations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and optionally Figma.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and manage deliverables independently.
