Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to review, annotate, and structure multimodal datasets for advanced artificial intelligence models. You will play a crucial role in improving data quality across text, images, spreadsheets, and complex structured documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classify and label diverse text, image, and document datasets to train next-generation AI models.
- Audit AI system outputs to identify hallucinations, formatting errors, or deviations from user prompts.
- Document recurring errors and edge cases to continuously enhance model training instructions.
- Consistently meet daily volume targets while upholding rigorous quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail, reading comprehension, and analytical evaluation skills.
- Previous work in UI/UX review, editorial analysis, quality control, or machine learning data prep is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency to clearly articulate complex judgments.
- Dependable high-speed internet access and a personal computer meeting minimum system requirements.
- Residency and work authorization in the United States or Canada is strictly required.
