Position: Designer

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $50–$70/hour (based on expertise and location)

Location: Remote

Duration: 1–2 months (with potential extensions)

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (flexible; potential up to 40 hours/week)

Role Responsibilities

• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions to train AI in design-related workflows.
• Apply your expertise in visual systems, user experiences, and creative strategy to ensure prompts and responses reflect real-world design processes.
• Contribute to shaping how AI understands multi-modal design workflows across industries such as education, retail, architecture, technology, and culture.
• Ensure visual literacy, communication clarity, and systemic design thinking are consistently applied in all tasks.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in specialized design fields such as instructional design, exhibit design, service design, environmental design, or experience design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Education, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets, user experiences).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Exposure to LLMs and GenAI prompting is a plus.
