Position: Human Resources Specialist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $70–$110 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Duration: ~3–4 weeks

Role Responsibilities

• Design and develop occupation-specific questions related to human resources workflows for AI research.
• Apply real-world HR judgment to ensure accuracy, relevance, and practical realism in generated content.
• Document reasoning clearly and follow structured research guidelines.
• Collaborate with project reviewers to refine outputs and ensure consistency with project standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience working as a Human Resources Specialist within administrative or support services environments.
• Strong experience applying HR principles across hiring, employee relations, compliance, and workforce operations.
• Ability to work independently and meet project timelines in a remote setting.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
