Position: Motion Graphics Designer

Compensation: $15 - $65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics for digital and AI-driven projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual storytelling content.
• Translate complex concepts and data into clear, compelling animations.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to improve output quality.
• Stay updated on motion design trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a motion graphics designer with a professional portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of animation, visual storytelling, and design principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
