Position: General and Operations Manager

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $90–$150/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time, project-based (~15 hours/week, scalable to 30+)

Role Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and deliverables based on common operational and management requests
• Diagnose real-world operational challenges and translate them into clear, actionable outputs
• Support AI research initiatives by documenting workflows, processes, and decision frameworks
• Review and refine deliverables to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in general management, operations, or related fields
• Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow structured guidelines
• Comfort translating operational expertise into documented outputs for AI training
