Position: Project and Operations Specialist

Type: Contractor

Compensation: $50 - $80/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects using Asana, Monday, and Basecamp to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration through clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to optimize team productivity and workflow.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and process guides tailored to various stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training of team members on project management tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in project management and general operations roles.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Asana, Monday, and Basecamp.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
• Have a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
