Position: Project Managers

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: ~10 hours/week for 3 weeks

Role Responsibilities:

• Translate project management domain knowledge into clear, structured instructions such as SOPs, rubrics, and evaluation criteria.
• Design realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect day-to-day project management workflows.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and validate workflows for clarity, accuracy, and reproducibility.
• Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to ensure workflows can be operationalized within agent-based systems.
• Identify opportunities where AI systems can augment or replicate expert project management decision-making.
• Contribute structured human expertise that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Project Management.
• Strong ability to explain complex processes in a clear, step-by-step, structured manner.
• Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
• Interest in applying professional expertise to cutting-edge AI research and development.
