Role Responsibilities

• Apply meteorological and atmospheric science expertise to support AI training initiatives
• Analyze and interpret real-world weather and atmospheric data for AI model accuracy
• Translate forecasting workflows, atmospheric patterns, and risk communication into structured AI training content
• Review and validate AI-generated weather insights for clarity, reliability, and real-world relevance
• Collaborate remotely with AI research teams to improve meteorological model performance

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Meteorologist or in atmospheric science
• Strong background in weather forecasting and meteorological data analysis
• Ability to communicate complex weather information clearly in written form
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, contract-based environment
