Crypto Tax Made Easy was started in 2021 with the goal of helping make crypto tax easy for retail investors. The company provides crypto transaction review and data reconciliation services to clients globally.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto Accounting Team Leader. The Crypto Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling cryptocurrency transactions for clients, managing and training a team of 5 junior accountants, capacity planning, and ensuring the team meets deadlines.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of Cryptocurrency Transactions and Blockchain Technology
• Previous management experience
• Strong Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with crypto accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CA certification or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is an added advantage
